Clio Summer Socials
Objective
Strengthening company culture and showing team appreciation by building connections between Clio employees and their families across the Canadian offices and the Dublin office.
Our Approach
Together, Clio and Yellow House Events designed and executed a series of Summer Socials in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, and Dublin. Each event was carefully tailored to reflect the local culture, while also maintaining a cohesive Clio brand identity across all four experiences.
Our team sourced unique venues in each city and curated activities that blended fun, relaxation, and friendly competition for team members and their families. From axe throwing, golf simulators and pickleball, to doodle napkin challenges, giant Jenga, lego building, mocktail-making, and branded ice cream carts, each activation encouraged employees to connect through shared moments of creativity and play.
Results & Impact
- High Participation: Increased participation by 30% each year as word spread about the events, exceeding attendance expectations. Hundreds of Clio employees across Canada and Ireland attended, demonstrating strong engagement and enthusiasm.
