Objective

Clio hired yellow House events to launch its first annual President’s Club to celebrate and reward the company’s top performers. The goal was to create an unforgettable experience that recognized excellence, strengthened loyalty, and inspired connection. The program needed to blend recognition with relaxation, adventure, and authentic local culture—making it more than just a trip, but a career milestone for Clio’s best and brightest.

Our Approach

Yellow House Events curated a five-day luxury retreat at the Nizuc Resort & Spa in Cancún, Mexico, a property chosen for its sophistication, natural beauty, and world-class amenities.

The program was designed as a balance of structured celebrations and free time for participants to explore, connect, and recharge.

Highlights included:

  • Extravagant Welcome Reception: A glamorous kickoff that set the tone for the week with memorable moments, entertainment, and curated dining. Each guest was surprised with a choose your own rayban sunglasses station prior to entering into the welcome event.
  • Adventure Excursions: Local cultural and adrenaline-filled experiences such as cenote tours, ATV rides through the jungle, and catamaran sailing on the gulf of Mexico.
  • On-Property Activities: Wellness and leisure options that allowed guests to enjoy Nizuc’s luxury amenities while connecting with peers.
  • Culinary Excellence: Daily dining experiences featuring a mix of local flavors and international cuisine.
  • Final Gala Celebration: The week culminated in a showstopping gala, blending recognition, cultural entertainment, and celebration in a way that left a lasting impression on all attendees.
